		<description>Itâ€™ll be very interesting to see the recommendations coming out of Melissa Hathawayâ€™s project. Would the Government take it as seriously as the threats against our physical infrastructure. Any steps forward will be positive given the state we are in. Civil liberties are important but might have to be compromised in some cases. 

If Civil liberties were applied in every case, we wonâ€™t have airport security and all of us will be walking through the airports and carry anything we want. I am sure the Government will take advice from the private sector before implementing anything. But, the key thing now is action. We have had many years of bureaucracy. Itâ€™s time to march forward.
